We are a Correspondent Mortgage Lender with a main office in Miami FL.

By being both foreign nationals and mortgage brokers, we know the problems for each side and make all possible efforts to close the gap between the continents.

So far, we have helped hundreds of foreign nationals to obtain financing for their properties in the US – either for their own use, second home or for investment.

The majority of the US lenders are not interested in funding a non-American borrower. The system in the US is built upon credit scores and many do not want to get involved with a different systems, which is risky and uncertain, we have working relationships with banks all over the US who do allow foreign nationals financing, each under its own terms and conditions, each has its limits.
